According to the current report, there are 441 confirmed cases in Taiwan from which 408 people have recovered from the critical disease. Only seven people have died till now in Taiwan because of COVID-19 (Avdiu and Nayyar, 2020). So it can be stated that the government has taken a lot of strategies to stop spreading the disease. Moreover, it negatively influences the industries, and the majority of people are being scared because of the pandemic. People are wearing masks and following basic steps of sanitisation for protecting themselves from this critical disease. According to the guidelines of WHO all the employees need to properly maintain social distancing from others to stop spreading the disease. Addition to this it also helps to protect the body from being infected by a coronavirus. In addition to this, people are being afraid of this critical disease which is affecting their performance and skills in their profession (Singh and Adhikari, 2020). Personally, I also felt that the same which affected my professional skills in a negative manner. Communication is being disrupted because people are afraid to talk with others.

Apart from these conferences, meetings, and other services are being interrupted because of this COVID-19 outbreak (Dai et al. 2020). Moreover, as transport is stopped now, the financial condition of the company is negatively affected. The management is in trouble because they have no idea how to deal with the critical issue and provide a salary to every employee of the organisation. As the company is not getting any kind of profit or minimum Company expenses are not being fulfilled; therefore, the company is usually affected by the financial crisis. Not only this but also the economic condition of the world is being very poor because of this COVID-19. It has been observed that the prices of share markets are decreasing which is affecting the business of many companies (Avdiu and Nayyar, 2020). The current condition of the company is poor. The company failed to provide enough services to its customers which are affecting the business in a negative manner. People are consistently stressed because of this COVID-19 outbreak which is affecting their career goals. So it can be stated that the overall condition of organisations is critically bad, including where I am working. The modes of transmission of coronavirus are air and droplets. The organisation needs to maintain some rules and regulation to stop spreading this disease and protect the health of all the employees of the organisation (Sim, 2020). Presently, I had the option to take on close to home dependably for my activities, since I took in my activity obligations through conquering my correspondence issues.

My intention to request help during my learning phases helped me to accomplish my objectives of understanding different kinds of complexities associated with the activity. Moreover, by building up a working relationship with my director, he thus made a culture of inspiration that urged me to endeavour to be better at my particular employment. It actually damaged all the normal working conditions and affected the business in a negative manner. In addition to this, I also face different kinds of issues for communicating with my senior authority. The issues had affected the current profitability of the business. Now the hierarchy of the company is facing trouble related to the ways of the employees. As a company is not gaining any kind of profit, therefore the company is concerned about how they can provide salaries to all the employees of the organisation. In this critical situation, the company needs to implement different kinds of strategies for working without getting affected by COVID-19 virus. Infection can be decreased by maintaining a gap with all the employees of the organisation. I perceived this shortage which made changes in this manner. I spoke with my director and associates by communicating input to the guidelines that I was given. Since my administrator was empowering and steady, I felt increasingly open to imparting my considerations, questions, and requests with respect to my activity obligations and directions.
