Is Globalisation Producing More Losers Than Winners

Globalization helps in free flow of information and also helps in the growing the business across the borders. Trade has become successful in the global world and globalization helps in enhancing this trade in different organizations. Globalization helps in providing a great opportunity for employment purposes. The more number of international trades are possible by the help of globalization process. The expansion of FDI is possible through globalization. Globalization led to flow of knowledge and information across the borders so that the organizations can be benefitted. Various of Organizations can be establishing subsidiaries in FDI countries and will be selling the products at higher prices than others so that a huge profit can be gained. A large number of citizens can be seen to be affected by this globalization in the business industry. A large part of the domestic market is being handled by these leaders and managers' duty so that the reflection can be easily seen in the business and economy. Developing countries are having a great benefit regarding globalization. Poor condition of economy and leaders can be overcome by these globalization methods in the organizations. A large scale introduction of business is possible by the help of this globalization method in the business. Thus distribution of business is required to be shared equally in the organization so the economic and political aspect of the business is seen to be degrading and thus generating a losers in the business.

Due to globalization an increased in economy and integration in the global economy can be easily seen (Ferrera, 2017). A rise in export or GDP can be easily achieved by this method here. The labor cost and infrastructure have benefitted by this globalization procedure. Most of the middle class and the emerging classes are benefitted by this globalization and this can be said that globalization is producing winners than losers. The educated and skilled labors gained good job opportunity in the qwith higher wage opportunity.

The long term development can be easily maintained by the help of this peaceful and stable method in the organization as said. A peaceful relationship among the countries can be followed by the help of globalization context. Political and economical conflict among the countries is also being followed easily by the help of this globalization. Trade and investment can be easily processed by the help of globalization context. The growth in business and increase in export are being focused easily by globalization. Thus it can be said that globalization is a useful one and has contributed to the good part for the economy and the organization. It can be said that winners have been produced by the help of globalization. Some of the examples that can be described are China, India, Mexico, Thailand and many of the other countries (Walter, S., 2017). These countries are expanding their market in the global world and thus the improvement in overall standard of life is seen to be evolved and seen to be advantageous in this context. A good growth in their business is possible in different countries by the global context only. Their financial crisis and economic growth is also possibly increased by the help of this globalization only. In other ways it can be said that the developing countries have benefited from globalization and thus globalization has produced winners in these above ways. After the implementation of reform policy China have been benefited by this globalization context in several ways and gave a good competition in the world wide. A share of world business and trade have gained from 1 to 6% in past few years. Beside China many of the countries have gained a free trade market and also a confidence for support regarding the business. As discussed china is a great example for the globalization as a winner. The importance of economies can be easily seen by the example of following graph relate to the different countries export and trade. A highest earner and negotiator can be possibly seen in this case of China (economics.expertjournals, 2020).

Globalization in producing losers

Due to globalization a loss in GDP could be easily seen in various of the countries. Such a loss has been witnessed in the US where a good manufacturing share has been dropped in their business. A rapid decline in one sector is possibly seen according to globalization. Many times the goods supply and manufacturing demands are not being able to meet in global context. It happens that the business shift is from foreign trade, cheaper goods and services that are available in the global market. An example of globalization turned to be a losing point is seen in US. The decline of business in the US in the global market can be seen easily for the demerits or disadvantages that globalization caused. A decline in american manufacturing is able to seen easily by the help of the following graph.

The manufacturing employee and the total manufacturing employee are being shown by the help of a graph available. Earlier a growth in business can be witnessed but later this growth has undergone a huge decline to 10% that can be seen in the graph. A huge decline in the number of manufacturing workers can be easily seen. The lowest level of these manufacturing jobs can be seen and is around 9% in all jobs while a 39% decline can be witnessed from 60 percent. The environmental impact is still a great losing aspect of globalization in this era. Different cultural theories and traditions are not possible to be followed easily by this globalization context. Many of the small businesses can be seen to be degraded and couldn't cope up with the international market. The expenditure and cost are sometimes seen to be an effective aspect of downfall of business in the global aspect. According to globalization the losers are employers who worked for hours and are still earning a small amount and the losers are customers who buy those overpriced materials sometimes. Another example can be of Tommy Hilfigher that has manufacturing shops in developing countries where products are manufacturers at low cost while they are sold at high prices in developed countries. Thus it can be seen that the headquarters which are situated in developing countries are not able to gain any profit and thus globalization produced looser in this business (economicshelp.org, 2020).

Thus it can be said that globalization has produced both the losers and winners but according to the study it is proved that winners are more in numbers than the losers. Many of the organizations have been benefited by globalization and placing their number of markets in international markets. The globalization context has proved a benefit for producing the business and forming a good relationship among the markets worldwide.
