The effective cooperation to understand needs of others at work and act accordingly to accomplish them assists individuals to show value towards others (Warsen et al. 2018). This is because preferred wishes of the individuals are catered without neglecting them. Thus, Shella is regarded to be able to show proper value at work to her colleagues as well as student in the workplace ensuring she can build positive rapport with them. It is evident as effective rapport can be build by working and understanding of other's feeling and needs (Warsen et al. 2018). As commented by Maguire et al. (2019), taking collaborative decision through discussion helps to avoid error at work. This is because confusion and problems are effective resolved with sharing of ideas. Shella is seen to ask opinions and ideas from others at work making her able to create less error. As argued by Jiang and Men (2017), lack of successful communication between employees at work leads to create conflict and confusion. This is because employees try to assume different things regarding their colleagues which are not true and lack of interaction leads them avoid to resolve the thinking making employees lose trust among one another and develop conflict. In case of Shella, she is seen to avoid any nature of assumptions at work and always communicates effectively with others to resolve any confusion. This would lead her to develop effective trust from other colleagues, in turn, avoiding her to get into conflict due to lack of trust.

Now What?

Shella ability to work with collaboration along with effective ability to build rapport and trust with others is going to help her in future to be an effective asset to the team. This is because no conflict regarding her would be created by other employees. In addition, her successful communication skills in future would help her to resolve any confusion in team working as well as develop proper decision to execute activities. Moreover, collaborative working would help Shella in future to properly plan ways in achieving team goals in most appropriate manner.
