The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a course which is designed to develop the skills required for careers in management and business. The course is an opportunity to both gain valuable business acumen, and expand an individual's professional network while creating new opportunities. Moreover, the course provides students with the in-demand skills which are required to take managerial roles and as well break into a new industry. Therefore, I believe that this course requires students who are most qualified and competent to withstand the demand and challenges of the course.

However, talking of Ms Vidushi and from my ex experience, I believe she is the most qualified candidate for this course. First, Ms Vidushi is a visionary and determined student who believes in herself and whom I hope offered the best academics, can bring revolutionary changes to the business world and industry. For instance, during her time at our organization, she was able to create an up to date database of potential sources of funds which greatly assisted our company. Among other areas, I can testify that she is visionary and always aims to change the surroundings for the better.

Moreover, she is hardworking and has the best teamwork skills. From my knowledge, teamwork is at the core culture at your university and every student is expected to positively contribute a unique element to the university culture. I believe that Vidushi being a collaborative employee, would bring her sophisticated skills in team management and teamwork to your institution, therefore, improving your teamwork culture.

Furthermore, she is flexible, self-motivated, persistent and optimistic. All these skills I believe are crucial to this course. Having developed these skills, I believe that, she will be the best student you will have to admit.

Masters of business administration career is characterized by leadership and people management, marketing, networking, management of difficult situations like financial crisis, maintenance of company reputation, hiring of best talents among other traits.

Masters of business administration professionals are leaders and managers. From my experience, I have come to appreciate Ms Vidushi leadership skills and which I believe with additional training from your institution, she will be the most skilful manager every organization would need. Additionally, the career is about communication and knowledge. Vidushi has great communication skills and is knowledgeable which I believe would make her the most qualified professional in the business world and this would create a revolution in the management sector. As mentioned earlier, she is a time manager and her organizational skills are excellent. From these traits, I believe that she will excel in her career if she continues to enhance her skills. However, no doubt that your university is a reputable institution for developing management skills and leadership skills, therefore, I hope she will excel in her profession.

Mangers have to respect their employees. With the advent of globalization and immigration, diversity has become a norm. Every learner brings unique strength, experiences as well as ideas to education. Some of the differences which exist in a classroom include race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, gender, socio-economic status as well as age and religion. Diversity, therefore, refers to the incorporation of these differences to enrich learning and education. This indicates that students should be able to embrace diversity for education to continue smoothly.

For Ms Vidushi, diversity has never been a great deal to her. As an individual with strong leadership, she always embraced diversity. Our university is an institution that embraces teamwork, we offer students several tasks which are always performed in groups. To my perspective, Ms Vidushi has realized the importance of diversity which includes enhancing learning, preparing students for their career in diverse environments and breaking patterns of segregation and prejudice among students and the world in general.

Being Ms. Vidushi tutor, I always noticed that her group has one disabled student (only disabled student we have in class) and in most cases in a group of six people there was no more than two students of similar race. From this I started to appreciate their diversity role and to be certain, their group usually performed better compared to other groups. Therefore, I believe that this performance will be like a motivation factor for her to continue embracing diversity. Furthermore, Vidushi was always interested in other religions and culture which makes me believe that her diversity is not a challenge. Moreover, being a disciplined student and who is willing to learn, she can live well with other students with no case of misbehaviour or discrimination which makes me conclude that diversity to her is not a challenge.

Employee satisfaction and employee performance are of basic concern in all companies. From my experience with her at Foamtech Antifire Pvt. Ltd, as an intern, I can recommend her compared to some other qualified and experienced employees. Her role was basically to develop and implement policies and practices for the marketing department and finance department.

There are some reasons which make me recommend Ms Vidushi as a better candidate compared to other employees. First, she has an intellectual curiosity which is a characteristic of a business student. Vidushi is an observant student and usually questions what seems unclear to her. From these traits, she understands concepts more hence working more flexible compared to other employees. For instance, during the time at our institution, we brought in some new accounting software which was supposed to be taught to the employees in the finance department for some period. From her curiosity, she was most knowledgeable and grasped the software concepts more easily compared to the existing employees. Actually, we needed her much especially in working with the new technology.

Moreover, she is goal-directed and organized. This trait makes her a better candidate compared to some other employees. Ms Vidushi always follows her ambition and works tirelessly to achieve them. For instance, after gathering market data for the organization, her power to analyse and interpret complex data was applaudable. Moreover, she was able to understand the fund requirement of the company and gave recommendations that were effective in our financial planning. Since the interpretation of this data required time and extra reading, she was able to achieve success after some days of trial, which makes me refer to her as goal-oriented. Lastly, she is creative and innovative which gives her a better place in an organization. For instance, being an individual who aims at bringing the best out of other employees, she was able to increase our organization's productivity to recommendable level.

Every university’s objective is to provide students who can express themselves, research problematic area and sometimes give some report which should be detailed, clear and concise. During the time Ms Vidushi was my student, I noted that she had a problem with academic writing and her points were not clear. From my effort to make her employable and prepare her for future studies, I decided to prepare her for academic writing.

Therefore, from a dissertation, I had given as an assignment to assess students writing skills. I noted that Ms Vidushi had some issues with her writing. After the submission of her assignment, I realized the significance of giving her feedback to improve her writing skills. From my feedback, I described how I was impressed by her work and how clever her arguments were. I also described to her how she had fulfilled the assignment requirements and answered the question even beyond the prompt. Moreover, her points were built very well on each other, however, it was evident that, throughout her work, the greatest challenge was occasional lack of clarity and writing formality. Therefore, I encouraged her to take time and read some books which I referred to her and also with other students who had similar issues to attend a special class session to sharpen her writing skills. From this feedback, the student corrected her assignment earlier even before the special class time and during the special session training, I admired how she was able to answer some questions related to good academic writing. She even requested more reading material and from that time, her writing skills have greatly improved.

Every organization is aiming at increasing productivity and recruiting the best employees. Regardless of the challenges which are faced during recruitment. However, some employees are talented compared to others and their performance can be selectively observed. In the case of Ms Vidushi, there are some reasons which make me recommend Ms Vidushi as a better candidate compared to other employees.
