I am writing to support my appeal. Based upon the University of Bolton's Appeal panel decision in January 2019, I was offered the opportunity to repeat the remaining modules without the marks being capped. Apart from that, Employability Skills for Computer Graduates module, which is the final mark, would be capped at pass mark.
During the time that I was waiting for the Appeal outcome decision, the University of Bolton has sent the Appeal decision letter to my previous address, without my knowledge, but prior to this incident, I have provided my new address details to the Bradford College, and therefore they could send the letter to my new accommodation.

Since I have been waiting for the appeal outcome decision letter for a long time, I have decided to contact the University of Bolton to find out what was occurring, fortunately they were able to send me an e-mail with the appeal outcome decision, and they assured me that, Bradford College would be informed that the letter was sent to my previous address.

After reading the letter, I have noticed that, for Employability Skills for Computer Graduates module, the final mark would be capped at pass mark, then I attempted to converse to my tutor, Ms Sue McKenna, regarding this concern, although She is an excellent teacher and very supportive, She told me that once the University of Bolton made the decision they cannot do anything about it.
Since I have studied very hard to achieve reasonable results and studying with severe personal problems, I believe that it is unfair not having my original mark for the Employability skills for Computer Graduates module, and it affects significantly my overall degree final classification.
It is important to mention that, due to personal problems that I have experienced, it would be very difficult for me to properly carry out my studies activities without proper support from my tutors and the college. As a hard-working student, I opted to properly do the assignments, by doing everything in a rush. Additionally, I have not submitted any assignment for the Employability Skills for Computer Graduates module last year nor received any feedback from any assignment.
I would humbly ask the support from the college in order to have my original mark for the Employability skills for Computer Graduates module.
