Knowledge Gained

While performing the activities of enterprising behavioural study, the learning journey revealed three of the most important knowledgeable skills gaining that are discussed below which are also very much helpful in developing personal strengths in future career and achieve the desired goal in life.

Decision making: Decision making is such a skill which an individual will require in every aspect of life whether it’s personal or professional. According to Cunningham and McGeough (2018), appropriate decision making capability is one of the most crucial skills of enterprise behavioural practices. This skill is responsible for all the actions which will be taken by the business owner presently or in future. A good decision making of any business must be taken based on good and true evidences, informative information and potential consequences (Tsai et al. 2020). All of these are weighed up and then analysed before making any final selection in the business process. Clark (2020) suggested that this decision making skill is also necessary in an individual’s personal career. Before making any commitment one should always first look on the strengths and weaknesses. If anyone wants to achieve his/her goal smoothly, deciding every action is to be done carefully. Smart planning and organising: Another vary significant skill in enterprise behavioural practice is smart planning of actions and setting up goals in and organised way. Goals organised must be relevant to the functions, measurable so that its effectiveness can be attained, time bound to be obtained within a time limit, achievable which needs to be realistic and specifically impactful (Thompson-Whiteside et al. 2018). Planning is included in everyone’s day to day actions from small-big. A smart plan must be effective enough to utilise the abilities, talents, necessities and competences of the employees in an organisation. Team behaviour and motivation: In every business, motivation and team work is as important as the other elements to get success. IF there are conflicts and complications within a together working team, it will be impossible to reach the desired organisational goals. This behavioural skill is useful in an individual’s career also because in every place having these two skills is must (Pykett et al. 2016). Without these no one can grow their working abilities and develop the future career opportunities. Along with this motivation is such a thing without which neither any business can move forward nor any individual. So getting time to time motivation is also needed behavioural skill in enterprise behaviour practices.

Learning Reflection

A learning reflection makes the individual aware about their own thinking and thoughts after getting knowledge on anything. As discussed by Mouraviev and Avramenko (2020), learning reflection makes an individual to transparently think and ask questions about “how”, “why” and “when” of the learning then getting a result of the assessment. The learning reflection from this report ensures that while working knowledge of all the functions like management, operations, marketing etc are required to develop self-abilities (Hacker et al. 2017). The strengths which were developed by this reflection report are:

A learning reflection makes the individual aware about their own thinking and thoughts after getting knowledge on anything. As discussed by Mouraviev and Avramenko (2020), learning reflection makes an individual to transparently think and ask questions about “how”, “why” and “when” of the learning then getting a result of the assessment. The learning reflection from this report ensures that while working knowledge of all the functions like management, operations, marketing etc are required to develop self-abilities (Hacker et al. 2017). The strengths which were developed by this reflection report are: Creative and critical thinking skill is which where a person deeply and broadly analyses and utilises the skills and dispositions reasonably, logically, innovatively, resourcefully and best possible ways to attain the desired goal. Creative and critical thinking always helps an individual in working environment as it will be helpful in working and managing in a team (Jones et al. 2018). Practical knowledge and competences is a strength which has been improved by the help of this reflection report. This report gave a practical experience of how behavioural factors can effect sustaining in the working environment. Cunningham and McGeough (2018) suggested that when an employee becomes flexible in nature according to the circumstances, he/she can manage the present situation which develops his/her personal strength to be on the right track. The weaknesses which came to light with this report are: Biased perspective is a weakness which developed during conducting this report. When anyone is working on any project for a long time the perspective of that person becomes limited and fixed on that same space because he/she absorbs the same knowledge and situations without any external feedback or interference. As per Clark (2020), this weakness blocks the expandable and vast scale of imaginations. Patience is a skill which is needed everywhere whether is academic field or organisational field. Lack of patient is that weakness which can disrupt ever every positive action (Pykett et al. 2016). During this report, lack of patience is reflected which can later be proved as a huge problem if not resolved earlier. Meditation can be done to improve patience level in person. There is fixed time of everything hurrying up always messes up works. Patience must be attained always if success is desired in career and life. In enterprises, one needs to be patient after every action taken because there is a proper time for everything to happen (Thompson-Whiteside et al. 2018). A good patience level is such an enterprising behaviour which most of the people lacks.
