During my recruitment, I also faced two rounds of interviews for getting the job. Initially, I have to go through a written interview by which some questions were prepared according to my educational skills. After qualifying that phase, I gave a face to face interview in which some questions were asked by the HR of the company. I answered all those questions with confidence. Moreover, as per my skills, they had selected me for that job. I gathered many lessons there, which helped me to understand the importance of getting the right people in the office.
