The directors are the higher authority who is responsible to take any decision in favor of business and the wrong decision might collapse the performance of company. The organization have the actual goal as expansion in employment and it can be measured by counting actual any vacancies available in any department or not.

Finding a actual Target Audience: The target audience can be one with whom the communication will be done in order to achieve the plan of expansion in organization. The target audience will be basically employees who are currently working in the company, group of stakeholders and customers. The organization can interact with them before implementing the plan and discuss about it outcomes.

Finalize a communication plan: It is the stage in which the organization decides where and how they will communicate to discuss about expansion. The organization can use conference hall or meeting rooms to discuss about it with other.
