It will not necessarily stop the process of removal of the structures and extract the glorious lives of balck people. It will also not stop protests around the world (Udah, and Singh, 2018). Hence, there is non point in allowing them to decide which statues are supposed to be broken down.

There is no stoppage identified for this protest as people are annoyed with the government and they feel betrayed the most.
