Currently, there is an increasing growth in the world’s organizational concepts which requires to be more effective and efficient. Moreover, new technology involving automation and networking influences business behavior, therefore, there is need to maximize effectiveness and efficiency in a competitive world. My fascination to study MSC. Management developed due to my family's natural aptitude for trading and business. Besides, the way business, directly and indirectly, affect the lives of so many people excites me the most. This interest has led me to seek msc dissertation help to explore these concepts further. From the course, I have learned managing people, marketing, strategic planning, team leadership, time management among other skills which make me the most qualified candidate to pursue M.Sc. Management.

Furthermore, looking at my professional experience, I am currently working as a receptionist at Zela London where I am tasked with ensuring a positive atmosphere at all times, provided extensive administration, and among other roles overseeing the roster, and on shift management of the doorman team. This position has improved my management and communication skills which I believe are critical in this field of study. Besides, I worked as a guest relations assistant at Curzon Cinema where I was tasked with Management of the cinema's social media channels, marketing, and participating in a team to ensure that all front of the house adheres to company standards. Other position which I have held over the past years and which I believe played a major role in the development of my skills and which makes me the most suitable candidate to study management course includes; receptionist/ admin position at Sexy Fish, Berkeley Square House, waitress position at The Ivy Chelsea Garden, floor supervisor position at Cocorico, Calle Travieso and Sale Assistant position at Primadonna Collection.

Looking at my personality, I am self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, and a positive individual who always strives to be the best. Additionally, I have excellent commercial skills and an understanding of how businesses operate.
